Hey Payam and Ryan! What would you each say your approach or viewpoint is to starting or maintaining a conversation with people you might not be well acquainted with? For those people who might not be experienced at handling potential social awkwardness, can you 'yes and' past the small talk and try to actually make some sort of connection without coming off like a big weirdo?
